I am Registered Member MBACP and strictly adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I have over 18 years experience of counselling Young People through my work in Secondary Schools, helping and supporting clients with issues such as Abuse, Anger Issues, Anxiety, Bereavement, Bullying, Cultural Issues, Depression, Drugs/Alcohol Problems, Eating Disorders, Exam Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour, Relationship/Peer Problems, School Phobias, Sexuality and Trauma. Additionally, I have counselled Members of Staff in school settings. In my private practice, I help and support Adults and Young People, working through various issues and enabling change.
I have learnt that no one way of approaching an issue can be applied to everyone, as we are all individuals and have our own unique set of circumstances.
I consider it an honour and privilege that a Young Person or Adult places their trust in me. I am here to listen, hear, support and help you; providing a secure and confidential place in which to do so.
